2.png

This all-residential development is located in the vibrant Mission District of San Francisco. It consists of a six-story building and a 3-story building, both accessed from 15th Street. In total, it provides 50 new homes: 11 below market rate and 39 market rate with a mix of 2-bedroom, 1-bedroom and studio layouts. Residents will have access to open space on private balconies and patios, as well as a common space roof deck and central courtyard. It will provide on-site storage for 50 bicycles - and no car parking - to take advantage of the nearby public transit, bikeways and walkable services.

The project will add four new street trees and four short-term bike parking spaces along the sidewalk. It is proposed to include two new passenger loading zones (white curb) for safety, as well as a commercial parking space and three new motorcycle parking spaces.
